Bombay Fifty, founded by Chef Hamdan Hurzook, brings the rich flavors of Bombay to life with the multicultural essence of Dubai. Inspired by his mother’s kitchen and Dubai’s vibrant diversity, he turned his passion for authentic, heartfelt cooking into a culinary journey.

Growing up in Dubai in the early 80s, Hamdan was surrounded by a melting pot of cultures and flavors. This vibrant environment taught him that food is more than nourishment—it’s a way to bring people together, create lasting memories, and share the joy of life. Inspired by this belief, Hamdan dedicated himself to perfecting the recipes passed down from his mother and crafting dishes that evoke emotions of nostalgia, delight, and connection.

Today, Bombay Fifty stands as the proud culmination of that journey. It’s a tribute to the vibrant flavors of Bombay and the cosmopolitan spirit of Dubai. Every dish is crafted with care, reflecting a commitment to authenticity, quality, and the joy of sharing good food.
